1Preheat oven.

2Peel the banana and mash it finely with a fork. Mix all other ingredients together and let it soak for five minutes. Then pour the mixture evenly into an ovenproof dish and bake in the oven.

3Baking time: approx. 20 minutes Top/bottom heat: 190 °C Circulating air: 170 °C
