Preparation

1Mix high protein Köllnflacken Oat, almonds, cinnamon and milk in 2 Fill glasses.

2Mix the blueberries (apart from a few for decoration) with 100 g Skyr pour the first glass and top with decorative berries.

3Mix the espresso and cocoa powder with 100 g of Skyr and add it to the second Fill glass. Roast the almonds, add them to the Skyr layer and leave them overnight let it soak in the fridge.

4Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes Cooling time: at least 6 hours
