1High Protein Köllnflacken Vanilla Flavor with the liquid under constant Stir and bring to the boil. Remove the pot from the stove and let the porridge simmer for approx. Let it steep for 5 minutes.

2Stir in the low-fat quark and let it steep for another 5 minutes.

3Divide porridge between 2 bowls. With banana slices, raspberries, Top with chopped pecans, cocoa nibs and peanut butter.
