Preparation

1Core the dates and cut them into pieces. Roughly chop the almonds in a blender. Blend the dates, apricots and 100 ml water finely in a food processor.

2Knead the almonds, apricot date mix, almond butter and Cologne flakes. Form about 30 small balls out of the mixture. Roll 10 balls each in grated coconut, linseed and cocoa powder.

3Place fruit balls in airtight jars. The balls will keep in the fridge for about 14 days. Preparation time: approx. 25 minutes
