1Mix delicate Kölln flakes and real Kölln kernels, pour vegetable broth over them and let soak for about 30 minutes. Wash and clean the spring onions, cut into rings and sauté in 1 tablespoon of Mazola®. Mix the oatmeal mixture with spring onions, walnuts and herbs and season with the spices. Knead in the Kölln oat bran flakes, form patties and fry on both sides in the remaining Mazola®. Preparation time: approx. 25 minutes (without waiting time)
