Preparation

1Wash the peach, stone it and cut it into cubes. Beat low-fat quark with Kölln oat drink and add Kölln oat bran flakes. Season with lemon juice, add peach cubes and stir in. Divide the quark cream between two glass bowls. Pour the curd mixture over it and shortly before serving, sprinkle with Kölln Oat Bran Fleks® and sweeten with bee gold. Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes
