Preparation

1Wash herbs and shake dry. Pluck the herb leaves from the stems. Cut chives into rolls. Puree all herbs and milk finely in a universal food processor.

2Drain tomatoes. Cut the drained tomatoes and mozzarella into fine pieces. Mix the pureed herbs, tomato and mozzarella cubes, Mazola®, eggs, flour, baking powder and Kölln oat bran flakes into a thick dough. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Let it soak for about 10 minutes.

3Heat a rectangular Belgian waffle iron and spread some Mazola® on it. Bake golden brown waffles from the dough. Arrange the waffles and serve. Preparation time approx. 45 minutes
