Preparation

1Peel the apples, cut out the core, grate them into 2-4 mm thin slices and place them in a bowl. Mix the apples with lemon juice and zest, sprinkle with vanilla sugar and cinnamon.

2Preheat the oven. Butter a baking dish (Ø approx. 25 cm) and spread 2 tablespoons of Kölln flakes on the bottom. Layer half of the apples, spread the yoghurt on top, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Kölln flakes on top again, add the remaining apple slices on top and bake in the oven. 10 minutes before the end of the baking time, sprinkle with Kölln muesli and serve. Top/bottom heat: 180 °C Circulating air: 160°C Baking time: 30-35 minutes Preparation time: approx. 25 minutes

3For a fruity version, simply spread 2-3 tablespoons of berries on the yoghurt.
