1For the Streusel Kölln Knusper muesli, mix sugar, almonds and flour. Melt butter and slowly add it. Knead everything well.

2Rinse the fresh berries, drain them well and place them in a large, preferably flat, ovenproof dish. Sprinkle frozen frozen fruits into the dish. Fold in the almond sticks and add streusel on top. Bake in the preheated oven and serve warm decorated with fresh berries and mint. If you use red currants, sprinkle an additional three to four tablespoons of sugar over the fruit. Otherwise the crumble is very sour. Top/bottom heat: 170 °C Circulating air: 150 °C Baking time: approx. 35 minutes Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes

3You can prepare the dessert two to three hours in advance and store it in the refrigerator, covered and unbaked. If you like, you can serve the crumble with vanilla sauce.
