1Puree the frozen fruit with the banana in a blender. Place the fruit puree in a bowl. Spread fresh mango and pineapple over the puree. Top with Kölln crunchy muesli, raspberries or blueberries and cashew nuts. Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes

2If you don't want to use store-bought frozen fruit or don't have any frozen fruit on hand, you can freeze fresh fruit in portions for several bowls a day in advance. If the puree is too thick, dilute it with 30-50 ml milk or Kölln Oat Drink Classic.
