Preparation

1Mix low-fat quark with powdered sugar and lemon juice. Fold in yogurt.

2Pour the cream and Kölln muesli into tall, narrow glasses in layers, top with Kölln muesli and serve immediately decorated with raspberries.

3Replace the raspberries with banana or simply enjoy it plain without fruit. Preparation time: approx. 20 minutes
