Preparation

1Wash strawberries, remove the greens and puree them. If desired, add sugar and sweeten the strawberries.

2Beat the whipped cream until stiff and stir in the quark. Add lemon juice and remaining sugar.

3Distribute the muesli crunchy muesli evenly among the dessert glasses. Then layer the cream quark and lastly the strawberry puree into the glass. Halve the two remaining strawberries and decorate with muesli and serve.
