Preparation

1Melt the couverture in a water bath. Roast the butter, almonds and vanilla sugar in a pan until golden brown and let cool slightly. Stir Kölln Haferfleks® with all the ingredients into the liquid chocolate.

2Using two teaspoons, place small heaps on a piece of parchment paper and let the oat crossies set in a cool place for a few hours. Preparation time: approx. 25 minutes

3Decorate with white liquid chocolate.
