Preparation

1Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt into a cream. Mix the oat, spelled flour and baking powder and sift together into the cream cheese cream, add Kölln Instant oat flakes and then stir.

2Preheat the waffle iron, brush with Mazola® and fry the waffle dough in batches until golden brown.

3If you want to enjoy the waffles with a topping, whip 200 ml of cream until stiff and decorate it with delicious lemon curd.
