Preparation

1Mix the ingredients for the waffles together. Beat the cream until stiff. Carefully stir in cream cheese, peanut butter and, if desired, sugar.

2Melt the couverture in a water bath. Bake golden brown waffles in the preheated waffle iron. Serve waffles with peanut cream, salted peanuts and couverture. Preparation time: approx. 40 minutes

3The waffles also taste really great without the cream - just for in between.
