1Grind the Kölln spelled flakes very finely in the electric multi-chopper. Beat the skyr well with the egg, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, vanilla paste and salt and stir in thoroughly. Mix the ground spelled flakes with flour and baking powder and stir into the Skyr egg mixture. Add Kölln oat drink and let the dough swell for about 30 minutes.

2Pour batter into a piping bag and make small circles; which are about the size of a 1 euro coin, into a hot, coated pan.

3Fry the cakes for 1 minute on each side, remove from the pan and serve with fruit, nut butter or maple syrup.
