1Pour Kölln muesli into a brownie baking pan (approx. 27 x 18 cm) and distribute evenly. Bring butter, milk and sugar to a simmer in a pan. Add condensed milk and salt while stirring constantly. Simmer evenly for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the mixture becomes creamier and takes on a slightly brown color, it becomes thicker and needs to be stirred even more intensively.

2Beautifully packaged, this muesli fudge is an ideal gift for invitations.

3The caramel is ready when it has reached the consistency of thick honey. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and let the soft caramel cool for at least 3 hours. Then carefully cut into small confectionery cubes.
