Preparation

1Preheat oven. Drain the sour cherries in a sieve. Divide 150 g of Kölln muesli into two small baking dishes and place sour cherries on top of the muesli.

2Separate eggs. Beat the egg white until stiff. Prepare pudding powder with milk and sugar according to package instructions. Stir in the egg whites and egg yolks with a whisk, spread the pudding mixture on the cherries and sprinkle with 50 g of Kölln muesli each. Bake casserole dishes in the lower third of the oven.
