1Pick the leaves from the stems and wash them - reserve four leaves for decoration. Whisk all ingredients well in a blender and serve with fresh mint leaves. Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes

2If you take the smoothie with you to work, stir in the Kölln instant oat flakes just before serving.
