1Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the core. Put all ingredients in a stand mixer, mix thoroughly and pour into glasses. Decorate with mango wedges and mint if desired. Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes

2After blending, add 2-3 tablespoons of toasted coconut flakes - this makes the smoothie more aromatic.
