Preparation

1Wash and stone the cherries. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces. Puree all ingredients finely with a stand mixer and divide into two glasses.

2Before serving, garnish with mint leaves cut into strips if desired.

3For a refreshing summer version, freeze the prepared fruits and place them frozen in the blender. Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes
