Preparation

1Puree the kefir together with the parsley in a blender. Stir in Kölln instant oat flakes and season with pepper and salt. Pour into two glasses and serve.

2Also tastes delicious with a herb mixture of parsley, dill and basil. Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes
