1The first step is to squeeze the limes and pick the mint from the stems. Then whisk the lime juice and mint together with buttermilk, yogurt, syrup, sugar, cologne flakes and mineral water in a blender.

2Divide the ice cubes between two glasses and add the drink. Decorate the glasses with mint leaves before serving.

3This refreshing summer drink looks even more decorative if you also freeze the mint in ice cubes. Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
