Preparation

1Wash the cucumber and cut into pieces. Sort the salad and rinse it. Peel avocado, banana, pears and kiwi. Cut the avocado flesh into wedges, halve the pear and remove the core. Cut the banana and kiwi into slices.

2Put all ingredients in the blender, puree finely and serve immediately.

3A good alternative to the slightly bitter rocket is lamb's lettuce or spinach. If you prefer it more bitter, use wild herbs such as dandelion, groundweed or nettle. Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
