Preparation

1Preheat oven. Mix high protein Köllnflacken Oat with flour, spices and baking powder. Add quark and water and knead into a dough.

2Form 8 sticks and roll them all around in the grain mix. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake on the middle rack.

3Top/bottom heat: 200 °C Circulating air: 180°C Baking time: approx. 25 minutes
