1Mix the delicate Kölln flakes, Kölln oat bran flakes, ground hazelnuts and linseed in a pot and slowly bring to the boil together with the oat drink while stirring. Remove from the heat and let stand.

2Wash, stone or core the fruit and cut it into small pieces. Sauté briefly in a pot with the lemon juice. Sprinkle with coconut blossom sugar and cinnamon and continue to steam for another 3-5 minutes while turning. Divide the porridge into two bowls, add the fruit, sprinkle with Kölln Oat Bran Fleks® and consume immediately. Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes

3Alternatively, this porridge can also be prepared with dried fruits such as plums or apricots.
