Preparation

1Peel and finely grate the ginger. Mix Kölln muesli, oat drink and yoghurt together. Stir in the ginger too.

2Place in the fridge overnight and stir vigorously in the morning.

3If you like, you can refine the overnight oats with fresh turmeric.
