Preparation

1Peel the carrot and grate it finely. Mix with the two Kölln flakes, pour into a small preserving jar or jar and top up with the orange juice. Close tightly and leave to soak in the refrigerator overnight.

2The next morning, wash, peel and grate the apple. Mix with lime juice and both Kölln flakes, sweeten with honey or rice syrup if necessary. Remove the avocado from the peel and dice into small pieces.

3Spread the avocado cubes on the overnight oats and top with ginger and orange zest. Garnish with pomegranate seeds if desired. Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes

4For fewer calories and fat, omit the avocado.
